On July 20th God put on a pretty good show for us. Here are some photos taken in the field behind my house.
Just a few pics of Paige at the Dance Works of Enid 2009 Performance Awards. She danced so beautifully and we are so proud. The last image is of her with her Gold Medal and her award! All of the dancers were amazing that night. If you've never attended this event you should plan to do so next year.
Vito reminds me a bit of the actor that plays Edward Cullen in Twilight so we did our own little spin on the vampire look.

Merideth let me try out some new lighting techniques on the outdoor volleyball court. I'm very pleased with the results!
I've been fortunate enough to photograph Merideth and both of her older sisters. I'm sure going to miss them! Maybe I'll get to do their weddings!
Destinee and her mom win the good sport award this season. During her outdoor session we parked right next to a snake. A real live snake. That combined with the "lovely" Oklahoma wind made it quite an experience.
I photographed Kelli's brother Cody a few years ago so I was thrilled when her mom called to schedule her appointment. Even more excited when she said she was bringing a Viper! I love my job!

Ok I've been shooting like a maniac lately so I have no more excuses. Hopefully I can put some great stuff up every day for a month now since I have been so busy.
I'm going to kick things off with a recent favorite, Megan and Romeo. I get to do a lot of interesting things around here but this ranks right up there toward the top. I love this image.
What a great guy! During the session I was fortunate enough to get to listen to Tanner play both of his guitars. WOW! Very impressive. We usually have music playing in the camera room but nothing beats the real thing live and in person. I truly enjoyed photographing and visiting with Tanner. And I have to give a big thanks to Tanner's mom. All that equipment won't fit in a Camaro so she brought a separate car to indulge Tanner and I. It was hard to only pick 4 but here they are.
